Welcome to Sai Associates, a company with a legacy of quality, commitment, ethical dealings and state-of-the-art homes. Our story began in the late 90s, when Mr. Shankar Kemse had a vision to change the face of the Real Estate industry of Pune. With a modest trading business in hardware material, he began his unstoppable foray into business.

In 1993, he stepped into steel trading with the establishment of Sai Steel Yard. While trading steel, Mr. Kemse built strong relationships with his mentors, visionaries, pioneers in the industry and entrepreneurs which inspired him to venture into the construction business. In 1996, he received a development offer in Bhusari Colony, Kothrud, Pune, and the company's first development project, 'Niranjan Apartment,' was born.

Along with his business knowledge and wit, Mr. Kemse was also driven to do social work alongside his business.He went against all odds to get water supply for the entire Bhusari Colony area, which led to him installing one of the largest water tanks in the Bavdhan area as well which was a key step in developing Bavdhan. He served the people & community from the very beginning and still continues to do so with full force even today.

Thereafter, Sai Associates soon established a string of projects in areas such as Kothrud, Ideal Colony, Dhanukar, Bhusari Colony, Karve Nagar, Bavdhan, Warje and Pirangut.
